Shipping within Canada is sent expedited for a flat fee (Usually takes 2 business days)

Returns
**Exchanges offered within 7 days of delivery--
We try our best to avoid returns because everything is made to order, and try to avoid items being used for events and then returned. If you prefer credit towards a future purchase let us know.

Q: Do you Skinny Ties?
A: Yes. I narrow ties down to meet your size requirement. Each tie is $45 to resize, and there is a 3 tie minimum. Discounts offered at 5 ties or more.
Q: Can you match our wedding colours?
A: Absolutely! You can either ship me a swatch or if you send me an email with your colour scheme I can send you swatches of matching colours.
Alternatively, you can send me your fabrics to create ties from.
Q: What kinds of artwork can you do?
A: I've done various degrees of complicated embroidery designs, so please email to see if your design is possible
Q: Do you make other things too?
A: You can always ask! I've done pieces for pets and kids to cummerbunds, bouts, ascots, and more.
Q: Why do I need a necktie anyway?
A: there are so many reasons why someone would need a necktie! Getting the perfect job starts with standing out from the rest. When you wear a unique necktie, people notice. Believe it. It doesn't have to make you feel too dressed up; My neckties can be made from the most relaxed cool dude fabrics like Jersey, Cotton, LInen or whatever else makes you feel comfortable. If you are someone who like a more dressy tie, I can do that too. Men aren't given enough options in terms of selection so when you can't find something that screams your name, then that's where I come in. I especially LOVE edgy people who request outrageous pieces. The more unique the better, and as a designer this makes for a very fun collaboration in design. Besides it's not that expensive! Starting at $95 how can you go wrong?
Q: What if I can't pull off a tie?
A: NO! I refuse! Lets work on this problem together! :)
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: I DO!!!! it really depends on how many pieces you need but my usual quantity is 7 or 11 ties/bowties per wedding so for 7 ties, it's usually 15% off and 20% off for anything over 10 pieces. I also offer Wholesale on premade pieces (found in shop) for store owners looking to host Handsome&Lace.
Q: Do you ever have sales?
A: I can host a sale from time to time, or contests to win free merchandise. Hop on over to my Facebook page where I have these particular sales : )
Q: Can I pick up?
A: I don't have a shop or storefront, so pick ups are a little tricky to coordinate right now. I can send sample swatches of fabrics for free if you are hesitant about materials through photos. I rarely have anyone say something didn't match the descriptions. See past customer comments here.
